Scott Kuehl always exceeds my expectations, year after year. The technician (Omar?) Is always knowledgeable and comes through. Jim Ellis is the reason VW is one of my favorite car manufacturers.

I was greated at the service desk by Jermaine, who had an extremely friendly demeanor. He immediately made me feel comfortable and that things would get done quickly and smoothly. I also really enjoyed the media room with lounge chairs and personal televisions. I was able to get work done. Even after the service was complete, Jermaine helped me solve a problem with my Bluetooth connectivity. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, mostly because of Jermaine and his excellent customer service! Thanks again.

The technician damaged my upholstery trying to remove my door panel. The door panel also was not properly put back on, there is now a large gap between the panel and the door itself.

Uninformed service advisor. I paid for a service that was not complete and amateuristic. I was even asked to "prove my claim" on whether or not a certain inspection was included in the maintenance I was paying for. I had to find the official VW document online to show the advisor who finally agreed without apologizing. At that point I had to take the car back and I was sure half of the official Volkswagen inspection points were not performed on my car. Just a simple multi inspection point that any garage can do. Will never come back.

came in for a replacement and end up with a stain in my seat..car brand new no sensors when i left i had to return 3 times to get sensors off..the attempt to remove the stain did not work..i left 2 messages abt the stain..hv not received a return call yet..i had to go get the stain removed myself bc i refuse to come bk the 4th time..i almost due for my 10000 mile oil change and i wld rather drive across town to a different volkswagon then come bk...
