Car was returned from service unwashed, which I recognize is a courtesy. More to the point, after you installed the new tire, the spare tire was returned upside down in the storage well, which meant the subwoofer was not anchored and banged side to side every time we cornered. The tire pressure warning light was not reset either which was alarming until we checked the pressure and figured out what was going on. None of this is bad work, necessarily, it just shows a lack of attention to detail. That's not what I go to a dealership for.

The service rep never called to give me the status of the car. Service hours are not posted on the website. When I called, the operator gave me incorrect hours. The shuttle drop-off person stated there was no pick-up service for my return trip. The repairs were done great! The manager that picked me up from the Marta station was personable, pleasant, and apologetic.
