I recently purchased a 2017 Passat. This was my first experience at this dealerships service dept. I must say that I think the experience was excellent. Great customer service. They kept me updated every step of the way and even put me into a loaner once they realized that my car needed parts ordered. Probably one of the best experiences ive had getting my car serviced. Rose and the entire team were amazing

In short, my experience was great. It was expected that the buying process would take some time, but I think it also helped a lot that I went in looking at one specific car, and knew I was interested. The test drive was essentially to seal the deal. It was a pleasure working with Brian Bolton and Lance Jeters. Great guys and I enjoyed my buying experience at Jim Ellis VW!
