Honestly I was let down. I came in on a Saturday to get an oil change done as well as have an issue with my key fob checked out. I was told that they really only do express jobs on Saturday's and that I would most likely have to come back during the week. I was also told that I needed to have a radio update done but was then later informed that that could not be done on the weekend either. I also asked out of curiosity how much the labor cost would be if I supplied my own oil and filter and the service guy quoted me $60. I told him that he must be mistaken but he stuck to his $60 quote and admitted that he might be wrong but he didn't look it up for me.

Scott Kuehl was my contact in the service department. He was awesome ! He walking me through everything that needed to be done to my car, and made sure I was a happy customer. I would defiantly recommend him and Jim Ellis for service department.
