Fast quality service

Good overall. Took my newly purchased used 2008 Beetle in to have fluids flushed/replaced and any other wear items that needed replaced before giving the car to my mother. The only area I am not satisfied about is that I asked to have the car detailed to remove some paint scuffs and scratches. I thought they could be buffed out, but the detail department said it would be $300+. As a result I was charged $125 for the detail when my car wasn't dirty in the slightest and didn't need a standard detail. I think the detail department should have said they don't need to detail a clean car and not charge me for work that wasn't needed.

Very responsive and made great communication to me and my Wife during this process. The car drives well with the repairs.

Happy for the accommodation of the service department without appointment. Need better service as far as the scheduled service needed. Agent did not know that I did a scheduled maintainance at JE and was recommending I do it.
