I had to sign my lease agreement about 3 times in different opportunities because something was wrong in the system and a number was not showing somewhere. I purchased my Passat TSi 2017 on the second week of April and I am still waiting on my tag. On the day of the purchase staff was kind and helpful, service was good but we spent more than 5 hours over the process. Thanks for asking.
