I asked my service advisor to totally replace the tube from the windshield washer reservoir to the pump, because the LAST time Jim Ellis repaired the tube, they ONLY repaired a portion of it, and the remaining old portion cracked. So it failed again. This month, despite my request, they only REPAIRED it again, when I had specifically asked that the entire tube get replaced. Not happy, when I spend over a $100, to get a half-baked fix. Rick.

The required job (programming 2 keys)was done, but additional recall (ignition ...) + neither oil change, both it was no done. I perceive that after review my invoice. Only after that, Leo told me to come back tomorrow....
