A man approached me outside as I was getting ready to walk into the service department and said that he needed my keys. I was apprehensive, as he didn't have any clothing on that identified him as an employee of the dealership. It would be best to have all of your employees wearing a Jim Ellis VW polo or jacket so that customers feel more at ease handing over the keys.

The staff was knowledgeable, the service was great.
