I had my 2004 Volkswagen New Beetle Convertible towed into your service department because it would not start. I suspected that the battery was the problem and it was still in the guarantee period from Advance Auto. The bill came to $317 to check things out, and the problem was the battery. I complained about the $317 charge and it was reduced to about $255. I did talk to the service rep while the car was being checked out and I thought he told me that the bill COULD be about $320. BUT, I assumed it could be that much if problems were found other than the battery. I think this unfortunate situation was due to a misunderstanding, but even $250 is a lot of money to check out a battery. I've always heard that Jim Ellis dealerships are very good to deal with, so I don't have a negative opinion based on this one experience. Sincerely, William A. Craig.

I came in for a service less than a week ago and a nighttime headlight on my car is out. I haven't been driving often at night so I didn't notice but they shouldve fixed it during the service, and it is inconveniencing me now because I can't drive at night.

It was all about Nicole. She met me with a friendly and got to work on a problem that I had with a previous rep. She was pleasant throughout and conversational.

Everybody was friendly, only issue was I had a tire I had was kind of flat, sensors said low tire pressure, even though I didn't come in for that, I thought they would have at least put more air in the tire, especially when it paying $140 for it to be looked at

Went really well; however, I will need to come back to find out why my front left wheel is making noise that I did not experience before the rotation
