This was my first service with Leo. It went pretty well, but could of been better on the communication. I received an initial text advising of the status if my car. But then I had to chase the follow up. Supposedly the wrong part was received, but I had to inquire to him instead of Leo reaching out to me. Also, when I got the car back I found some loose plastic parts in my cupholder. So not sure he fully checked everything inside before handing me the keys.

Customer service and auto service were great. I promptly got a sameday appointment and arrived and was greeted promptly and courteously. Scott had my appt. records and we went over an additional item. My VW Passat was ready Before the promised time. The additional item (windshield wipers) work great and do not skip!...but wish they weren't $22 each. Other than that, a very pleasant hassle-free experience. thank you, bill collier
