I have been to your dealership three times within the past couple of months to have my Jetta worked on. Each time, I have had exceptional service from Rose Shuck. She was always very knowledgeable, upfront about what was going on, explained things well, and made what can usually be a hassle a great experience. Everyone else working in the service department were extremely friendly and professional. I have previously been taking my Jetta to a different dealership but I will definitely only be taking it to this dealership from now on.

The service was great! The attendants provided great customer service when I pulled up. Then inside, Scott was exceptional. He got my in and out the door in less time then I thought.

Normally, there is good communication, but this was definitely an "off" day at the dealership. I dropped by car off a little after 10:00am. I kept waiting for an update on service needed for my car, but this didn't happen until I called back later that afternoon, My service advisor was not available so no one could check the status of my car. This was very frustrating because I needed to make sure I had the funds available and I needed transportation arrangements. This was a very frustrating day.
