Leo was really great. The whole experience was good. The outside guys were friendly, and the service guys informative I got a great deal on tires, and am very pleased with my visit,and my Jim Ellis VW GTI ! I will ask for Leo next time for sure ! Thanks, Mark Cohen

I used the web to book the service appointment after hours, A chat window appeared offering assistance booking the appointment. The CSR asked for the phone # associated with the account, found me in the system then booked the appointment. Upon arrival, the service dept. had no record of my appointment but was able to accommodate the appointment and get the work done while I waited in the lounge. While waiting, I received a email message from the service dept. at the Kennesaw location (where I purchased the SUV) letting me know I had missed a scheduled appointment. It was immediately obvious that the CSR who booked the appt. referenced where I purchased the SUV without looking at my residence information or service records that would show all service work was performed at the Atlanta location. Bottom line, the service dept. staff at the Atlanta dealership (Leonel Leyva) was great and I continue to be a satisfied, loyal VW customer (this one is my 5th) and will return to this location for all service needs. You've got some work that needs to be done to improve the online booking experience.

Our sales person, Mark Shaw, was kind, no pressure, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Financing was straightforward, and everything was explained well. I had not purchased a car in 19 years, and my experience at Jim Ellis was a pleasure. Thanks Mark and team!

I was in for my first 10K mile service. Was greeted professionally and politely. Introduced to my service manager, Leo Levya and was out in the amount of time they said it would take. All in all, a great experience.
