This was my second Jetta purchase at Jim Ellis, and third Jetta purchase at my house! We've had excellent service with all three transactions, and the sales manager, finance manager and our sales rep made the purchase so simple and fast! We had already made the decision on the GLI, but we were in and out in about an hour!

This is my second time coming to Jim Ellis VW dealership and I am just so pleased with how they treat their customers. Last year I came in on Memorial day, spent 2 and a half hours there and drove away with Precertified black jetta, fast forward to one year later I came to get an oil change for the black jetta and while I was waiting for that service I ended up driving away with a brand new 2017 red Jetta! My sales person, Aundra Wilson was just the best! No pressure and he understood just what I wanted and he delivered! Awesome experience ever from a car dealership!
