Help was very good and actually very quick. Jim Ellis was available and response time was quick. One thing, that would take Jim Ellis to a "10" is the following: *When Service was done, i was told that for the next time i bring in the car (when service is required after x miles or certain amount of months) product x and product y in the car needs to be reviewed and maybe changed. It would be awesome to get this documented and also an idea of what the charge would be, on paper for me to bring with me. It's not about comparing to other service places, but it gives me a good idea of what the issue is and also how much i need to save for that occasion. All in all, good job Jim Ellis VW!!
