Return trip to have speedometer problem inflicted during previous service fixed

I was very disappointed with my last visit to VW service center. I have been a customer there many times, and have never had an experience like this. I came in for an oil change and I asked to have my tires checked because they had been running low on air for the past few days. When leaving the dealership the specialist stated that my tires were fine but I would need new tires in the near future. While driving home my air pressure light was still on, but I assumed that it would go off once I drove a little. The next morning I had a flat tire. I calle AAA and they immediately found a nail in my tire. When I called VW and let them know the situation, that the tech had clearly not checked the tire, or missed the nail, the specialist was extremely rude. I called the service manager to speak with him about the situation as well and have yet to receive a call back (it has been about a week.)

We were very happy with our car buying experience there. Alex was a great person to work with and we would recommend him and Jim Ellis to anyone looking to buy.He listened to what we wanted instead of trying to upscale like our experience at a previous dealer.
