We are always pleased with the service we receive at Jim Ellis VW. As we live in Blairsville, GA, a 2-hour drive from your dealership, I wish you would consider opening a dealership in Gainesville, GA. There are no VW dealers in North Georgia except in Dalton (1.5 hours away).

my experience was excellent and communication was excellent .

I was auto scheduled for a service 6 days after my covered maintenance was expired. Informed that the 3 year svc would be ~$300 and that I had an airbag recall. I decided to take my car to another shop for svc. I waited over 2hrs to have my airbag fixed and no one even told me I had a nail in my tire even though it was marked with chalk. I think a courtesy call 10days before contract was up would be great customer svc and also a call about the recall would have been nice
