Rose did a Great Job!!!

I was greeted with your men out front they were very nice and courteous and when I was met inside Scott Kuehl was ready to,help me get settled and work in my car.

My experience at the dealership was amazing the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the service needed for my vehicle. My service advisor Rose was absolutely amazing and very attentive. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family!

I appreciate how nice Rose is when I come in as well as the wait staff outside the service area. I will admit, the rest of the service techs in the area with Rose can be kind of cold. I usually don't get a hello or even a nod from any of the others but Rose is always cheery ever since the first time I came in and met her. I appreciate that a lot. I realize that the others are busy and am not expecting some huge 'Hello' from everyone but it equally seems odd to not get at least a couple of hi's. Still, the rest of the experience was very nice.

Just awesome, as usual. Scott kept me well-informed at every stage and was very professional. Service was performed in a timely manner and as expected. No complaints whatsoever.

In and out in under 90 minutes, and the waiting room has comfy chairs.

I got sent to the Collusion Center then back to the Service Department at the dealership. 4 hours later I am being told that I need to come back another day to resolve the problem (which I told them initially when I came in was going to happen).
