Scott K has been part of my VW's service for years. He brings a great deal of knowledge, professionalism, and empathy to the job. My service turned out to be more extensive and expensive than planned, and he walked me through what I needed, was concerned that it was an expensive visit, and made it all as painless as possible. The wait time was great! I just didn't like that the snack bar area was not stocked up with drinks and snacks like my last visit and when my car was done it wasn't cleaned well. When I got my car back there was a lady with a Passat and they were wiping down her car making sure everything was in tact. When I got mine back it was still dirty and didn't look vacuumed well. This is my 2nd visit to Jim Ellis but my parents, my sister, and myself we have all been owners of Jettas since 1989. Should this happen I will not be back.

Rose my service advisor was very helpful in getting a resolution to my VW Beetle. She got me a loaner and worked with the Warranty Manager to get this covered under warranty. She did a great job and I appreciate her efforts on my behalf. S. Hale

Josh makes getting your car serviced great. He always lets you know the timeframe and cost upfront. gives you updates periodically. Walks you through the entire process. Very professional and with a sincere smile.
