As background, since about 1986, my immediate family has purchased five VWs from Jim Ellis. and one Hyundai from Jim Ellis Hundai. You've serviced another four or more of our VWs from other deals, either from other states, or other situations. In that time, we've come to expect outstanding service and outstanding service representatives. In my time, we've never had a representative who was so attentive as Ms. Rose Shuck. She provided excellent and frequent communication, met my needs for a loaner vehicle, explained all potential service possibilities, and even beat the standard by which I measure service personnel: Ms. Lisa Bogenhaven. Keep Ms. Shuck, please. In addition, I finally had an opportunity to speak with one of the gentlemen who delivers cars to the owners. He has delivered many of mine. I believe his name was Donnie or Jimmie. He was a mature African-American man who is always friendly and helpful, and he goes the extra mile in accepting and delivering a vehicle. I've always benefitted from his service. One note for this service. Jim Ellis almost always does a complete inspection before returning a VW. This time, I found that one of the two bulbs in the left front headlight was burned out when I returned home that evening. It's possible that the bulb burned out in the six or seven hours after picking up the VW, but I noticed it when the lights shown against the wall driving in - It had been weeks since I had driven that car at night and had an occasion to notice whether the lights were fully operative. As a result, there is some chance that these items were missed during the inspection. I simply do not know. As always, I recommend all Jim Ellis dealerships based on my experience with Jim Ellis VW. Thank you. Gary McClanahan, 2013 VW Jetta (two children in VW Jettas, and a third who wanted a Jetta, but her grandparents gave her a relatively new Malibu).

Scott Kuehl is always a pleasure to work with. The technicians always perform an outstanding job and I would like to thank Leo Cabreja for fixing the problem with my car so efficiently.

I took my car to the 10k miles revision and, just after having my tires rotated, the front driver's side tire started deflating, very slow, but even so, deflating. Some days after I took the car back to Jim Ellis for investigation and nothing wrong was found. The technician inflated the tire back and said me if the problem persisted, I should go back there. After some days, the tire was still deflating and I went back to jim ellis.....for my surprise, a nail (seriously???) was found in the tire with no explanation on where (inside or outside the tire) and it would cost me around 140 dollars to replace the tire completely. I denied the service because some doubts came to my mind: 1) How can a nail drill a tire? Was it a tiger or falcon who did the work in the car when the tires were rotated? 2) Where was the nail found? 3) How can a jetta tire cost 120 dollars?

Brought my new 2017 Passat in on a recall notice. Received a loaner car 2017 Jetta. Rose did a great job getting me in-out and on my way. Pick up was just as easy and efficient. Thanks. Gary Foster

Great, quick and fast, however, they forgot to replace the valve covers on my wheels.
