I brought my EOS in for issues with the convertible top. I was told it was ready to go but when I picked it up the top would not open. I brought it back and the tech found a new issue, supposedly new. You appropriately fixed the "new" issue for free and got the top working. Now I am having issued with the trunk latch so have to bring it back a third time. I am very disappointed in the quality of the work or at least the attention to detail and quality assurance.

Have a 2012 Eos Lux. Usually your terrific. This time, not. Said it would be 90 min, it was 3 hrs. Airbag cover is not completely seated; said my veh was being washed but it was simply sprayed with water. People were friendly

I took my VW Jetta 3 weeks ago for oil change and to fix a small problem with my windshield wipers and because the problem with the wipers turned out to be a bigger problem, they couldn't complete the service. So, I had to go back. Today I went back to fix the problem and as usual Joshua Jamison was very professional, the service was completed and because I had left with my car without the problem being resolved back then, today he did not charge me for anything. I was in shock but very happy at the same time. what a wonderful experience. No wonder I have being buy all the cars have owned at Jim Ellis. Thank you Joshua for a great customer service.

This is our second purchase from Jim Ellis VW and we couldn't be happier. Mark Shaw took us for a test drive and we fell in love with the car. Mark's knowledge and professionalism was very impressive and we appreciated never feeling pressured. We also were lucky to have seen Robby Boleman again, who is the absolute best of the best. We always love working with Robby, who is kind, honest and just fun to be around. We were offered a great deal on the perfect car for our family. When it came to financing, Karl Jiram was amazing. He was able to make everything fit perfectly for us. The entire process was not only stress-free and fast, we enjoyed the company of the entire Jim Ellis VW team.
