My service advisor Josh was great! But when I bring in a clean car I would like to leave with one. I do appreciate the wash you give. But they need to wipe down the car before returning it back to me. I had to wipe down my own car before I left the lot due all the water left on it, and I did not want all of the water spots left on my car once it dry. So car wash area gets a 0... My actual experience at the Jim Ellis dealership was fine because of Rose Shuck. I will explain. Friday night I found I needed to take an eight hour drive to Memphis for a family matter and I was not comfortable with my tires-they needed to be replaced. So, I called Saturday morning to make an appointment for Monday morning and to also make sure tires would be in stock. I called the service department number and the person on the phone was so inept I was ready to hang up and go to my neighborhood tire shop that I have used in the past for my Jeep. She wouldn't get off speaker phone when I asked her to and then the call dropped. I didn't bother calling back. My best friend gave me Rose's number, I called, it went to voice mail, but she returned my call within ten minutes and my needs were addressed very easily as I was hoping. And Rose was so polite and very kind. At the dealership itself, I was treated well, wiper issues I didn't know I had were addressed and tire issues were explained to me that were brushed aside by the service rep at the 40,000 mile checkup. This girl was great, she's a keeper. But the phone person I first encountered-loser. Turns out, so is the service rep that handled my 40,000 mile check. I wanted new tires then, but he told me, "Naw, you don't need new tires. There's 10,000 miles left on these." From now on, it's only Rose. The rest of the folks? Not so much. All this service was for a 2013 Tiguan with 44,000 miles on it. This is my second vehicle from Jim Ellis. I also make sure service is done as it it recommended, I never let it go. I also always respond to your surveys to help you out. Thank you very much, Mary Purtle

This was the 20k service for my daughter's 2016 Golf and Josh Jamison was our Service Advisor. As always, he was courteous, informative and was the utmost professional. He got us in and out in minimal time and at minimal cost. Josh is the reason we continue to get the car serviced here. He is invaluable to Jim Ellis VW. There most assuredly must be a promotion in the near future for him. Thanks for all you do Josh!
