I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend your dealership to friends and family.

Scott is very helpful, and I enjoy working with him. My issue is that after new tires were put on a big problem was identified. I wouldn't have gotten new tires if I had known there was such a big problem. Car also not very clean upon pick up. Tire wax all over chrome wheels, carpet on passenger side not put back & sun roof still leaks a lot.

Scott Croston makes every visit I make for service with you, a true pleasure. He is knowledgeable and polite, keeping me aware of how the work is coming along, and he gives me a fair price for all the service I get. Your whole crew are good people. Whoever hires them deserves a gold star. I would give people like Scott a bonus if he worked for me. My career has been in Personell Management so I know the challenge of employee development. You got a group of winners.

Both at this VW dealership and the Porsche dealership, the Jim Ellis system cannot separate mine and my husband's names. I am Yvonne Corrinne Wagner, he is Clifton Lipple. Can someone PLEASE figure out how to make us 2 people instead of a name mashup as one? Our emails and texts have also been crossed in this process. My rear mirror tag says one of the Jim Ellis tenets of service is that you will always remember our names. It's a small but ingratiating issue.
I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend your dealership to friends and family.
