Purchase process should have taken less than an hour took over 2 hours and 15 minutes. Delays due to not enough staff, business manager training and printer problems. No compensation offered for our inconvenience. A couple of free oil changes would have demonstrated dealership's concern for our situation.

The customer service was excellent. I definitely enjoy my visit. My call to this dealership was so friendly. I already knew this is where I should have been going. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly. I really like this location. I have been to another Volkswagen dealership and they were nothing like this one. I will be returning back to have all my services done here. Jermaine needs award, bonus or even some special recognition he was outstanding. Thank you for my excellent experience at your dealership.
