The service adviser, Leo, was very kind and explained all that was to been done on my Beetle. He was smiling and very professional. I was glad when I arrived early to be greeted by two employees with a morning greeting and big welcomes! Only down fall is still the receptionist who takes money. They are never smiling and very unpleasant.

Keys couldn't be located when I went to pick up vehicle from service dept. a week ago. Was given a loaner which helped from Friday-Monday. Keys were located. Returning car today for a rear light which has become loose after repairing it a month or two ago.

Brian O'Connor is so wonderful! I've been very slow to pull the trigger on the lease for my 2017 Jetta SE for about 2 months, over the course of which there were lots of conversations, lots of research, etc. Throughout, Brian never made me feel pressured, and was very thorough in his efforts to look for the best possible lease engagement.
