My vehicle was serviced and completed in a timely matter. However, once I pick my vehicle up two days later my right front bumper and headlight was damaged. Someone there damaged my car and didn't inform me. Fortunately I discovered the damaged and reported it immediately. My car was fixed and returned but very unprofessional and stressful situation in which I never experienced.

I recently relocated from new Orleans to the Atlanta area and this was my first time visiting the Jim Ellis dealership and Joshua made me feel right at home it wasn't like he was just another service advisor trying to make buy everything he can possibly sell but he made me feel he had my best interest at heart while also providing great service he made sure I was dropped off and picked up in a timely matter for work and most of all he was open and honest and kept me in the loop with me more details than any other dealership ever its people like josh that make me want to be a Jim Ellis customer for life

My visit was for recall. Was able to drop car off and it was ready at time I requested. Being able to do on Sat. Morning was quite convenient for my husband. He did not give up office hours and this did not interfere with the remainder of his day. Thank you Scott Croston for always being so accommodating and professional.
