It is always good but most recently Rose Shuck my service advisor hunted down a tire for me, got it to the dealership, and had it replaced in no time! She was amazing.......friendly, professional, courteous......gave me her cell number! Loved it, and she is to be commended.

Was very exceptional

I had a really great experience with my sales person Jane. She fought for me considering I had credit challenges due to identity theft. She was very patience and showed me that she cares about her clients. I also enjoyed Wyll business manager as well. Very informative about extended coverages and got me in and out. Can't forget about the front desk lady who was a doll. This location is great and everyone should receive an incentive for the great work.

Your employee, Leo Leyva is one of the best service representatives I have ever met. He's courteous and conscientious. His respond to my e-mail yesterday was immediate and quickly scheduled my appointment. Upon arrival he had already filled out all of the paperwork for my service and all that he needed to do was greet me and I was on my way into the waiting area. Completion of the service was timely and Leo closed the loop with my invoice and I was on my way. Leo could easily represent the Jim Ellis organization at one of the more premium dealerships but I would hate to lose him as my VW service rep.
