It was Saturday morning and extremely busy in the service department at Jim Ellis VW Atlanta. My wife was on her way to see a number of patients at the hospital and noticed a warning signal for a particular service needed immediately with her VW. The service advisor Rose "rose" to the occasion and had the problem fixed in an extremely timely fashion for my wife to get to the hospital for all her visits! Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. I recently had my car serviced, the 40k maintenance. There was a slight hick-up, spark plugs were defective, but not too much of a deal as was able to bring car back right before closing and was able to secure a loaner. Being that I had to work a 14 hour day the next day, arrangements were made for me to return the car on Friday morning. Will tell you that my service indicator was not reset. Car is telling me that service is due. This is a bit of an inconvenience., but will try and make arrangements to return the car soon.

Leo was exceptionally nice and kept me informed about my vehicle. I appreciated that my car was given a basic wash upon my picking it up.

I recently purchased a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. I was blown away by my experience. Brian B. was fast witty and made my experience all around a delight. He even checked in the next day to make sure I was still enjoying my purchase.
