Service technicians were very helpful, informative, and spoke to me so that I understood everything taking place. I felt respected, treated fairly, and had a very pleasant experience. The Parts group was also incredibly helpful and hospitable!

I don't need loud music or fire fighters showing up or people constantly walking by to watch me. Would have otherwise been a 10. Service was great on car.

The service was fine but nobody ever told me that the oil changes were 10,000 miles or 1 year whichever comes first. Honestly that doesn't make any sense when oil changes are generally done on a mileage basis. So I had to end up paying for this when it should have been covered in my service agreement . I don't really blame Jim Ellis VW for this totally, VW Corporate is the main blame. But your people could have worked with me better. I will be sending an e-mail to VW about this as well.
