The paper work process was really smooth just took a really long time for the papers to be drawn up. I understand why but it still took a really long time.I didn’t feel overwhelmed with the car search. I was heard and not ignored when it came to the price. The exact vehicle I was looking for I got and at a price I was okay with. Everyone was professional.

I took my vehicle to two other dealers, trying to get the same problem fixed each one charged me for the things unrelated to the problem. The problem happened to be the hybrid drive battery was going bad. It was still under warranty. Jim Shorkey‘s dealership was the only one that was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. .
