It was just fine.

Ended up having to pay for my tire repair even when I told them I had tire insurance. The guy didn't actually look it up to see if it was covered and after leaving I did and it should have been covered by my insurance

Everything was great except the finance guy didn't show up.Person who was supposed to do paper work on finance part never showed up. Office manager had to rescue the sale or we would have left.Salesman, Richard, and the office manager were wonderful. The person who was to fill out financial papers never showed up.We were ready to call it quits and leave when the office manager jumped in to save the day. He was apologetic that the person in charge of doing the paper work hadn't shown up. Our salesman even drove to our house to hand over final papers for us to sign. These 2 men should receive a reward. I love my new car.

I will just share some more props to Jesse. He truly created an excellent and safe customer service relationship. Again, I feel like I can trust this service center, and I am happy to be a lifetime customer (for as long as I have a Mitsubishi, at least). Obviously, the mechanics who worked on my car and were willing to resolve the issue without trying to upsell or claim issues where there weren't any also deserves all of the props (I just didn't meet them). Trust is a big deal, and you guys are doing well on that end. Don't change!Jesse was extremely friendly and down to Earth. Considering that I was coming from a shop that told me that told I had a part broken in my vehicle that would cost at least $1k to fix, it was wonderful to have someone who was looking out for me and my vehicle over just trying to get money. A lot of the time, dealerships get a really bad rep, and it can be hard to find a shop that you trust. I feel like I can trust this shop. I am happy to come here for any future issues, and recommend others to do the same.

Friendly staff, but I had to search for a service tech in sales, because no one was in service department.
