He worked quickly to deliver our new vehicle and helped us get started with the app. Dickie gave us a great deal on a new vehicle when we weren't looking to buy a new car yet. Mis-communication between in person and advisor at the service department. Was the email about recommendations needing done wrong or did the service advisor not inform me.Not good. With every vehicle purchased at Jim Shorkey I have always followed needed services. Confused

The work was done earlier than I was told.

Just to ensure that pricing presented is the correct final price, everything else was perfect.I was informed that the total price I saw on paper was the price I would pay, which was approximately $38,000 for everything included. The only modifications I made were the color, which I was told was an additional $600, and a warranty, which I was told would be an extra $20 per month. However, my total price ended up being $44,000.Sales Consultant Andy Mance was incredibly personable, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He made the experience seamless and enjoyable. He’s an exceptional person to do business with. The rest of the staff was pleasant as well, and the facility is nice and clean. Most of all, I love the Outlander we purchased.
