Again, couldn't recommend Andy enough. The guy actually cared and spent the time to go through the little differences and facts with all the vehicles and financials. Other places like Sendell just pushed me toward certain vehicles they wanted to sell, causing me to leave. Andy and the experience at Jim Shorkey Kia was the opposite of that experience. I'll be sending everyone I know who's in the market for a car his way.Andy was a solid sales rep, extremely knowledgeable and spent the time to go through the facts rather than just pushing me toward a vehicle. I'd come to Andy for my next vehicle and would recommend the same to my friends and family.

It just took longer than I expected.The location is difficult to get in and out of. The parking is not adequate. I don't know about wifi or amenities, but an answer was required.Friendly and attentive people and same day service, but not the easiest place to get to.
