It's always a pain in the neck when you go somewhere and you find out it's a different problem or it's an added problem to the one you hadThe service manager was very courteous informative and patient and knowledgeable and he was very reassuring issues would be addressed The salesman as they ordered around the building were very courteous kind speaking to you making sure you were comfortable offering you beverages

It seemed like for an oil change and tire rotation that over an hour was a bit long.

I was told that they would fix the seat belt issue, which they did, but I was also told to drive the car to see if my front crashe assist light would go off, and when I got there, they did not even realize that that was an issue until I talked with them about it at the dealership.
