The sales team was great and i was in and out in a couple hrs.

He was very distracted. Maybe they were busy. I asked for my car to be washed. He said it was to cold. In fairness it was earlier but had warmed up and was sunny. It was washed when we picked it up. The woman service contact was much friendlier . Again he has always been friendly in the past.I do not like the process of scheduling appointment. Need to be able to go out a schedule and look and book available appointment times.I called the number and said when I would like to take my car for oil change and tire rotation. Someone was supposed to call back . Noone ever did. When I called back no appointment was made. We took it up and dropped it off.Very efficient.
