Can't think of any improvements. I've dealt with various departments over the years and have always been treated fairly.Always have very positive experiences.

The service department is excellent and highly recommended….The sales department needs work…not a fan of deceptive sales practices and policies….i didn’t like being lied to and misconstrued or deceived!!!

The person completing the paperwork was a bit pushy for add ons, especially extending the term at a higher rate. Since I turn over cars every couple years, that would make me lose equity for future purchase.This is my 3rd car I bought from Danielle. The transaction is always A+
