Please review my initial review. I rated everything a 5 because Peach and Braiden were excellent in their work and negotiations with me. My one area of disappointment regarding the sales manager "joking" at my offer/counter-offer, didn't really affect my decision to purchase the vehicle. The deal, at the end was a good deal. The finance person, was also thorough, friendly, courteous and professional. She was very detailed and very clear.Matthew Peach - Excellent sales agent who knew the vehicle. Friendly, professional and courteous.Braiden - Newest salesman. I was his first participation sale on his first day - energetic, professional, courteous and knows vehicles and related personal knowledge. He is a promising talent.The sales manager was OK. When discussing 'the deal', his joking about my offer, using the monthly payment associated with the $3,000 down payment (without paying the $3K), was not appreciated. We can joke about many things, but not when I am spending thousands of dollars and deriving a final price. He reminded me of my elderly aunt's visit to a toyota dealership in RI where the sales manager asked, "You want a good buy?", where my aunt replied, "of course". "OK, good bye". We left.
