Same as previous.I'm clicking 4 out of 5 but getting less than satisfied boxes popping up.Good solid service. I consider 4 out of 5 a very good rating. To me 5 would be walking on water.There was no need for alternate transportation when it was only going to take about an hour to do the oil change.Good solid service that was efficient.

We had an appointment which they made for us and it was to only take three days. 8 days later, we finally got our car back. There was a misunderstanding between the employee we talked to and the new employee so our issue wasn't resolved like we were told. They finally agreed to take care of the issue which made us happy but having our car 5 days longer than expected frustrated us. We did have a rental from them but that wasn't the issue. We wanted our car back. We are happy that they made us happy in the end which they always do, but this time it was frustrating. It won't change our mind about taking our car there to be serviced though. We really do love it there..........we've been very happy in the past.I explained it all in the last pageI miss the warm cookies you used to offer. :-)
