The time it took for a simple oil change was quite longI asked a question about a random problem to see if it was a normal condition or if other owners have mentioned it but he could not give me an answer.2 hours for an oil change was kind of long. Plus add 45 minute drive time to get there.

There were a few people that reached out to make sure everything was OK. This is the first time I had anyone follow up from a dealer after the sale. The experience could not have been better..Great people

1st appt since puchasing car. Email reminder was great. Coupon discount was great touch also.Time of service was appreciated and I was well informed of estimated time since I waited there. Wait area had basic essentials provided for comfort during wait was also appreciated.My only advice is to keep in mind how many appts and time alloted for the day. I had no experience this time with longer than normal wait time but if overbooking of appts occur it sometimes could lead to longer unexpected wait times. That is my only advise because sometimes time is the most valuable commodity.During these financially tight times the discounts offered is truly appreciated. To some of us this is a huge investment to begin with then the added expenses to maintain car just adds to stress of owning a car which takes away just a little of the joy of owning such a great car.This outlander is such a comfortable car I know we made the right decision with your help with this big decision is our lives.Reminder sent out for service.
