Salesman was quick and efficient in the process. The downfall of this dealership and employees is that there is little to no communications. I sent over a dozen emails with either questions or asking for updates and only gotten a response once.After the sale multiple messages on questions and changes to the email on file. No follow up as of yet.Slow process, not organized, individual was not prepared.Biggest issue that exists is that there is little to no communication. I as the customer made multiple phone calls and sent emails and do not get a response.
