It was not inspected which I didn’t realize until they called me the next day, and I had to make the 50 minute drive back to get it inspected.

This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from Jim Shorkey’s. I am incredibly happy with each of the salesmen that have helped me each time. Bobby and Ricky at the North Hills location are the best salesmen around. They do not speak condescendingly toward me and don’t use high pressure techniques to make a sale. I will. Continue to return to this location to purchase vehicles in the future. Hopefully, Bobby and Ricky are still selling cars there in a few years!!!No “high pressure sales” techniques used to sell the vehicle. Also felt like they were able to accommodate my requests realistically

The entire car buying process was extremely seamless. We were not even sure we were buying the day of our visit. We test drove one model and then upgraded to another. The 0% financing was a big draw.Everyone at the dealership was professional, courteous and friendly.
