I purchased my vehicle new here 65000 miles later I purchased a top notch extended warranty from here. I have always been treated respectfully and I am 75 years old and a woman. I will continue to do business with this dealership.We were informed of each step. Offered an Uber to go home as it was a 4 hour job. Sam did his absolute best to calm my frustration and did just that with charm and humor!

Great Service Shop

Additional warranty work was performed (I was notified beforehand) and it made the service appointment very longAt checkout, I was also told a tire rotation was not performed, even though I requested it (have been driving on these tires for a whole year). Service advisor informed me that it was "not needed" - this was the first time I've heard a tire rotation was not needed after a year of driving on them, even if the tires are only 1 yr old. I'm wondering if it was skipped to save time.Very attentive and responsive service advisors. Timely, courteous service and clear communication about what needs done. Oh and great lobby for waiting (entertainment, seating and coffee)

I really enjoyed the service that Bobby provided as well as the finance team my whole experience was great fast and efficient Bobby even with the extra mile to mail back items I left in my car
