We would say that the service manager Dakota was exceptional in every conversation we had with him and believe he did everything possible to resolve our main issue with our Outlander SE. we believe now that the lack luster power-train issue of this model is what it is and we will live with it for now. As far as some of the interactions with a particular associate (Sarah) who was generally very abrupt and curt on the phone with both my wife and myself at times was something to be desired.Just that we had to explain again that after almost a year and a half of listening to a beeping noise that we had brought in before and they couldn't figure out the first two times. And we were not taking vehicle back until it was resolved.

It was fine.The recall fix apparently didn't eork--screen blacked out on thecway home. Automatic mirror fold still doesn't work despite being told it does.

Expected a lower price on the new vehicle .. being a return customer. All else was fine.Very busy when purchased, hurried to finish all as we were in for service on our 2024 Outlander and had no intention of completing a new vehicle purchase in the same time period.All worked hard to make this work... that's why vehicle was not too shiny, windows horrible to see out of, the door(s) do not all shut the same using same force, and absolutely no time to explain features as it was extremely cold outside and since this was not planned we had to unload totally all of our personal things(large and small) from the "Outlander"to this "Sport" outside, in parking lot .??
