Service advisor informed me that it was "not needed" - this was the first time I've heard a tire rotation was not needed after a year of driving on them, even if the tires are only 1 yr old. I'm wondering if it was skipped to save time.Very attentive and responsive service advisors. Timely, courteous service and clear communication about what needs done. Oh and great lobby for waiting (entertainment, seating and coffee)

Again, I love your facility as a whole, but the people make the place go from great to ExcellentFrom Sara(h) on the phone to the service manager, Dakota, ALL persons involved were professional and kind as we went through a lengthy process. I HIGHLY recommend complimenting the service team and giving them the praise they deserve for making this service time a more comfortable one.

We would say that the service manager Dakota was exceptional in every conversation we had with him and believe he did everything possible to resolve our main issue with our Outlander SE. we believe now that the lack luster power-train issue of this model is what it is and we will live with it for now. As far as some of the interactions with a particular associate (Sarah) who was generally very abrupt and curt on the phone with both my wife and myself at times was something to be desired.Just that we had to explain again that after almost a year and a half of listening to a beeping noise that we had brought in before and they couldn't figure out the first two times. And we were not taking vehicle back until it was resolved.

It was fine.The recall fix apparently didn't eork--screen blacked out on thecway home. Automatic mirror fold still doesn't work despite being told it does.
