I was impressed enough, and they liked their used outlander so much, that when my kia lease was up, I decided I would check out the brand to lease. The 2025 was out of my budget slightly, but Ricardo Bickel, and Eric Saloom, were able to figure out how to make it work, without being pushy. They were both very genuine, and once I had to leave, (for time's sake), and they never pressured me to return, which is what actually made me return (if that makes sense). But is also what confirmed to me that they were laying out the best deal, and I decided to take it. I am so glad I did.

Please see previous comment.The communication to pick up my car was not communicated. When approached via text message, a response of repeated calls and over filled mailbox were the excuses. Neither of which were the case. The worker that was there to help us get the car due to necessity was absolutely amazing and we are so appreciative.Admit your mistakes, don't make excuses. We are human, but trying to cover it is not acceptable.The man, name we did not get, that was still in the show room at the end of the day was so gracious and kind.Most often all members are accommodating and very helpful.
