Dakota and his team at Jim Shorkey North Hills did an excellent job taking care of me and my service issue on my Outlander. I called on a Saturday and he had me in first thing Monday morning. I explained to him I work a lot of hours so he got me in and out that day! They even did the recall and changed my oil and I had my vehicle done by 12:30 that day! Thanks guys amazing job! Chris and Dakota were awesome. I had a TERRIBLE experience with Moses Mitsubishi in West Virginia, so bad I thought I’d never buy another Mitsubishi again. Jim Shorkey changed my mind completely. They were AMAZING!
