Dakota kept me updated on the status of the work throughout the day. There was a power outage that causes a delay. He offered to set me up with a courtesy vehicle so that I could get to an appointment.

Bruce did a great job and was very personable and easy to talk to. Answered all my questions and provided me with the information I needed.

When car was run through car wash it left a lot of hard water spots.car should be dried after wash .other than that everything okEverything went great from the appointment time to the finish

Friendly and efficient service

I wish I could remember the name of the service representative we have had these last few months. He deserves to be recognized by name and am embarrassed that I can’t remember it since from the first time I went in when he was there, he remembered my name and also the correct pronunciation, which most people don’tWe love our car and the service representative is always very friendly. I am sorry to hear that he is leaving next week. He will definitely be missed and I wish the company would have offered him some incentive to stay.

Would love a car wash and/or interior vacuum with service!Scheduling was easy, Sarah and Chris both were great at communicating with me, and the service was completed satisfactorily. They even found an issue I wasn't aware of (faulty brake clips)and addressed it that same day.
