My car is usually washed or at least sprayed off after an.appointment. This was not done.I understand staffing issues may contribute to lack of weekend appointments. However, during our time of ownership it’s never been an issue until this maintenance cycle. We rely on the Saturday appointments to accommodate our work schedules. Thanks for your time.I work. Not having Saturday appointments for routine maintenance is disappointing.
