I didn’t get a car wash this time

Bobby my salesperson took his time with me and answered all my questions. He did not push me to purchase additions on the car or talk down to me like a previous salesman at another shop did. Neither did I feel rushed to purchase the car. With Bobby’s assistance I felt very satisfied with my purchase when I drove the car off the lot. The only improvement I will suggest is having a table full of snacks available.I have purchased four cars from Jim Shorkeys. The salesmen in the Ross Park shop do not pressure you to buy a car or keep you there until you are tired of them. Everyone is friendly there. When I take my car in for a service I am not waiting a long time and my car gets a free wash. If I had the money I would purchase a few cars for my family and friends.

The staff was great and they got the work done quickly

I drove and extra 30 miles thru downtown Pittsburgh to go to this dealership compared to one closer bc of the employees there and how welcoming, helpful, and kind they all were. Even my 10 year old daughter agreedEveryone we spoke to was amazing.
