This is the 3rd vehicle Iâve purchased from Jim Shorkeyâs. I am incredibly happy with each of the salesmen that have helped me each time. Bobby and Ricky at the North Hills location are the best salesmen around. They do not speak condescendingly toward me and donât use high pressure techniques to make a sale. I will. Continue to return to this location to purchase vehicles in the future. Hopefully, Bobby and Ricky are still selling cars there in a few years!!!No âhigh pressure salesâ techniques used to sell the vehicle. Also felt like they were able to accommodate my requests realistically

The entire car buying process was extremely seamless. We were not even sure we were buying the day of our visit. We test drove one model and then upgraded to another. The 0% financing was a big draw.Everyone at the dealership was professional, courteous and friendly.

MATUS GROSKO The manager shouted at myself and my wife and did not provide any customer care or even a kind word .The requested services were not provided and the recall which was provided started acting up within a week.I have never been so disappointed with a services of a Delearship, have owned a Mitsubishi for 7 years now .It was almost as if all the staff did not want to service the vehicle or basically wanted to give us a hard timeI just feel as the Delearship has no concern about the customersIt was a horrific experience, highly disappointing
