What about people who do jot have a smart phone or email?Was treated professionally. Vehicle was ready quickly.

When I arrived at the time I thought my appointment was they told me my appointment was much later and I would have never picked that time knowing I had to pick up my daughter from school.I thought the recall was for the back up camera on my car and even reading it. Even after the fix it still goes to a blue screen when going into reverse sometimes. So not sure why it is still doing this if it was fixed
