The employees were very knowledgeable also very polite and helpful. The showroom was spotless. The restrooms were in perfect shape. They offered coffee or soft drinks, which I thought was quite nice. When I picked up my vehicle it was beautiful. There was no spec spots. Anything no dust. I was amazed. Great place to goThe employees are amazing and through all the questions I needed answered. Very polite with overall great experience

As far as I'm concerned no need for improvement, but please don't ever lose those Jim Shorkey core values! Keep caring about your customers! Keep doing what your doing! Take care of your employees so they keep taking care of your customers!!!We purchased our SUV at Jim Shorkey, from the moment we walked in the doors we were treated like family. I immediately noticed they didn't act like other sales people at other dealerships. You can tell right away by how you are treated that they are not working on commission they really do care about their customers! So while we were sitting in the dealership I was thinking about all the things regarding the SUV, and then and there I decided to drive the hour for servicing mt vehicle. So I went for my first free oil change and it was great! So I went back and every single time the service is usually faster than I expect, they ALWAYS keep me informed about everything, everyone in the service department are so nice! When I tell people I'm taking my car for service, they ALWAYS ask "why do you drive an hour, and why do you pay those prices for service?" my answer is always "Well first of all because they always treat me like family, even in the service department. Second of all, because it's important to me for the place that does any type of work or service to my vehicle to know my vehicle, to know everything that has been done and when it has been done. So when I trade it in, there's no questions or doubts that it has been serviced and taken care of by a genuine Mitsubishi service department, and it just comes down to how they treat me and the customer service! AND they wash my car every time I'm there!"
